• Verify that the base and mounting post or posts of your selected cabinet hardware fit within the backplate opening or flat surface area.
• Place the backplate between the cabinet surface and the knob or pull before tightening the mounting screw or screws.
• This backplate is not compatible with Cosmas models 4251SN, 4702SN, 7498SN.
• Because the backplate adds 1/8" of thickness, a longer mounting screw may be required for some cabinet doors or drawer fronts.

The backplate is secured by the cabinet knob or pull mounting screw or screws. Because the backplate adds thickness, the standard screw supplied with your cabinet hardware may not fit every door or drawer front; an alternate screw length may be needed.
