All returns require a Returned Goods Authorization Number
We understand that you are excited to see your new hardware! It is acceptable to open (1) one of each item in order to view the item outside of it's packaging. These items will still be refunded in full, provided that they are returned in original packaging.
We can not accept merchandise that has been installed or damaged.
Returned merchandise must be returned in the original packaging and in resell condition to qualify for a refund.
Refunds can only be credited to the original purchasing method (i.e. Credit Card or PayPal).
We do not offer exchanges. Instead, you may return any items that you do not want, and order any additional items that you need.
Customers may be asked to provide us with a return tracking number to ensure the receipt of your shipment.
A pre-paid return label can be provided to you and deducted from your refund, or you may choose your own shipment method.
