Return Window & Refunds

Return your order within 30 days for a FULL REFUND*. We stand behind our products and guarantee your satisfaction with every order.

*“FULL REFUND” means the product purchase price only and excludes shipping costs.

RGA (Return Authorization)

All returns require a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number. Please submit a request before sending items back.

Restocking Fees

No restocking fee within 30 days* of purchase.

  • 20% restocking fee after 30 days.
  • 30% restocking fee after 60 days.
  • Not eligible for return after 90 days from purchase.

*Orders of $500 or more are subject to a 30% restock fee on all returns.

Conditions

  • You may open one (1) of each item to inspect it. These items remain eligible for a full refund if returned in original packaging.
  • We cannot accept merchandise that has been installed or damaged.
  • Items must be in their original packaging and in resellable condition to qualify.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal). Please allow 7–10 business days for processing after receipt.
  • We do not offer exchanges. Please place a new order for items you need and return unwanted items.
  • You may be asked to provide a return tracking number to help us process your refund.
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We can provide a pre-paid label and deduct the cost from your refund, or you may use your own carrier.
