You may open one (1) of each item to inspect it. These items remain eligible for a full refund if returned in original packaging.
We cannot accept merchandise that has been installed or damaged.
Items must be in their original packaging and in resellable condition to qualify.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal). Please allow 7–10 business days for processing after receipt.
We do not offer exchanges. Please place a new order for items you need and return unwanted items.
You may be asked to provide a return tracking number to help us process your refund.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We can provide a pre-paid label and deduct the cost from your refund, or you may use your own carrier.
