Shipment Cost

Free Shipping on all orders of $39+. All other orders ship for a low flat rate of $5.95.

Shipment Time

Standard Ground typically takes 3–5 business days from the day the order ships. Transit time depends on the day of the week the order is placed and your location. Times can vary; Cosmas-Hardware.com is not responsible for labor costs resulting from shipments that exceed these estimates.

Expedited Shipping & Availability

Expedited Shipping: To keep prices low, we do not offer expedited shipping. Please place orders at least 10 days before you need delivery.

Availability: Most orders ship within 1 business day. Processing time can vary by time of day and items ordered.

Shipment Method, Tracking & International

Method: We ship via UPS and USPS at our discretion based on size and weight. If you cannot receive a specific carrier, add details in the “Comments” section at checkout.

Tracking: You’ll receive an email with a tracking number after shipment. If you haven’t received tracking within 2 business days, contact us at sales@cosmas-hardware.com.

International: We currently ship within the United States only.

Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work quickly to make it right. Inspect items upon delivery; this helps if a return is needed. We are not responsible for labor costs resulting from incorrect, damaged, or defective parts.

Incorrect Items

If a product or quantity is incorrect, contact us within 7 days of receipt. We’ll correct it with Standard Ground shipping (expedited shipping is not used for corrections). We are not responsible for labor costs due to an incorrect shipment.

Lost Shipments

Cosmas-Hardware.com is not responsible for shipments lost or misdelivered by USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
