Terms and Conditions


In these Terms and Conditions of Sale, "Seller" means cosmas-hardware.com; "Buyer" means the person, firm, company or corporation by whom the order is given. "Standard shipping charge" means the $5.95 that cosmas-hardware.com charges to ship an order.

1.) By agreeing to these terms and conditions the buyer is assuming full responsibility for placing this order. Any shipping cost associated with this order is non-refundable.

2.) The buyer assumes the responsibility of verifying packaged contents and reporting any discrepancies within 5 business days of their reception of the order. In which case, there will be an investigation. If the evidence supports the buyers findings, the seller will be responsible for the correction of said order.

3.) The seller agrees to offer a 30 day return policy. In the instance of a return, the seller reserves the right to withhold the standard shipping charge from any and all orders placed, regardless of the amount charged for shipping.

4.) It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to provide a sufficient deliverable address. If you have different addresses for UPS and USPS deliveries, it is up to the buyer to provide us with this information. Any shipment that is returned to our warehouse due to an insufficient address being supplied by the customer, the order will be processed as a return with all actual shipping charges being withheld from the refund total.




All returns require a Returned Goods Authorization Number.

To return items, please email sales@cosmas-hardware.comwith the Subject: "RGA# Request" and your Order Number.


  • There are NO RESTOCKING FEES for returns within 30 days of your purchase.

  • If more than 30 days, the restocking fee will be 20%.
  • If more than 60 days, the restocking fee will be 30%.
  • After 90 days from the date of purchase, products are not eligible for return.


CONDITIONS: Returned merchandise must be in the original packaging and in resell condition to qualify for a refund. We can not accept merchandise that has been installed or damaged. Buyer is responsible for the shipping costs of returned items. "Full Refund" equals the full purchase price of any items that are being returned. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. All orders of $500 or more are subject to a 30% re-stock fee.


REFUNDS: We will do our best to process your return quickly. Please allow 14-21 days for your refund to be processed. Refunds will be issued to the original purchasing credit card or PayPal account only.





SHIPPING CHARGES: All orders under $149.00 ship for a low flat rate of just $5.95, regardless of how many items are included in the order or the location that the order is shipping to. All orders of $149.00 or more qualify for free shipping.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING: In order to keep our prices as low as possible, we do not offer expedited shipping. Please place your order at least 10 days before you require your order to be delivered for your project.

AVAILABILITY: Most orders ship in 1 business day from the time the order is placed. However, the number of days between when your order is placed and when it is transferred to the shipping carrier will vary dependent upon the time of day the order was placed and the particular items that are being shipped.

SHIPMENT TIME: Standard Ground shipping typically takes 3-5 business days from the day the order is shipped. The actual number of days in transit depends on the day of the week that your order is placed, and your specific location. 3-5 days in transit is typical, but can vary dependent on your location. Cosmas-hardware.com is not responsible for any labor costs incurred as the result of a shipment that exceeds these estimates.

SHIPMENT METHOD: We use UPS and USPS shipping services, at our discretion. We will choose the shipping carrier based on the size and weight of your shipment. If you can not receive shipments from a specific shipping carrier, please write those details in the "Comments" section during checkout.

TRACKING INFORMATION: You will receive an email with a tracking number after your items have shipped. We do our best to update your order with the tracking information as quickly as we can. Occasionally, your order may have shipped, and we have not yet updated your order with a tracking number. If you have not received a tracking number within three business days of placing your order, please contact us at sales@cosmas-hardware.com.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We do not currently ship outside of the United States.
